Tackt는 완전 로컬(local-first) 집중 타이머입니다. 핵심 원칙은 귀하의 활동 데이터가 기기 밖으로 나가지 않는 것입니다.
1. 요약
- 사용 기록은 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 로컬에만 저장되며 전송되지 않습니다.
- 라이선스 활성화·검증을 위해 라이선스 키와 임의의 기기 식별값만 결제·라이선스 대행사에 전송합니다.
- 사용 통계 이정표(첫 실행·온보딩 완료·첫 대상 등록·첫 기록·첫 저장·누적 60초 저장, 체험 종료·라이선스 활성화, 다음 날·7일·30일 뒤 재사용)가 각각 설치마다 한 번씩 앱 버전·OS·설치 경로·언어와 함께 전송됩니다. 앱 0.1.13부터는 이 PC에서 무작위로 만든 설치 ID(하드웨어·라이선스와 무관)와, 사이트에서 직접 받은 경우 다운로드 링크의 출처 이름(예: naver-ad)이 함께 전송됩니다. 앱 이름·창 제목·사용 기록은 포함되지 않으며 설정의 ‘사용 통계 보내기’로 끌 수 있습니다. 앱 언어가 독일어이거나 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에서 보낸 경우 설치 ID는 쓰지 않습니다.
- 구매 경로: 앱의 PRO 구매 버튼은 같은 설치 ID와 출처 이름을 결제 페이지(Lemon Squeezy)에 넘깁니다. 결제가 끝나면 Lemon Squeezy가 그 값과 주문 금액·상품 종류를 당사 서버(tackt.org)에 알리고, 당사는 이를 Google Analytics에 집계합니다. 이메일·이름·주소·카드 정보는 보내지 않습니다.
- 오류 리포트는 기본 꺼짐이며, 직접 켠 경우에만 익명 기술 진단이 전송됩니다.
- 결제는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매대행사로서 처리하며, 당사는 카드 정보를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.

앱은 행동 프로파일을 만들지 않으며, 위 사용 통계 이정표와 구매 경로 외의 분석·텔레메트리를 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 결제
결제는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매대행사로서 처리합니다. 당사는 라이선스 발급·지원을 위해 제한된 주문 정보(이메일, 주문/라이선스 내역)를 전달받으며 카드 전체 정보는 받지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 / 수탁자
Lemon Squeezy(결제·라이선스), Cloudflare(웹사이트 호스팅), Google(웹사이트 방문 분석 — Google Analytics/Tag Manager), Resend(다운로드 링크 이메일 발송).
웹사이트는 방문 통계를 위해 Google Analytics를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 쿠키가 설정되고 IP 등 일부 정보가 Google로 전송·처리될 수 있습니다(미국 이전 포함). EU·독일어 이용자에게는 동의 배너로 사전 동의를 받은 경우에만 분석이 작동하며, 그 전까지는 Google Consent Mode로 차단됩니다. 언어 설정만 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 보관하며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 데스크톱 앱은 위 사용 통계 이정표만 tackt.org를 거쳐 Google Analytics로 보내며(구매 경로는 Lemon Squeezy가 tackt.org로 알림), 이용자의 IP는 Google에 전달되지 않습니다.
다운로드 링크 이메일: 모바일에서 이용자가 직접 입력한 이메일 주소는 다운로드 링크 안내 메일을 1회 발송하는 목적으로만 사용합니다. 발송은 수탁자 Resend가 대행하며, 당사는 해당 주소를 저장하지 않고 광고·마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다. 입력은 전적으로 이용자의 선택이며, 메일 본문은 당사 다운로드 링크로 고정되어 있습니다.
5. 처리의 법적 근거(GDPR)
계약의 이행(라이선스), 동의(오류 리포트·웹사이트 분석), 정당한 이익(보안·부정사용 방지 — 무료 기간 키는 PC 한 대에 한 번, 무작위 설치 ID 기반 사용 통계와 구매 경로 집계를 통한 서비스 개선). 사용 통계는 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 보유 기간
로컬 데이터: 귀하가 삭제할 때까지. 주문/라이선스: 5년. 오류 진단: 90일. 사용 통계·구매 경로(Google Analytics): 14개월. 다운로드 링크 발송용 이메일 주소: 저장하지 않음(발송 직후 폐기).
7. 이용자의 권리
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·이동·거부 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. EEA 이용자는 감독기구에 민원 가능. 요청: hello@tackt.org.

Privacy Policy
Tackt is a local-first focus timer. Our guiding principle is that your activity data stays on your device.
1. Summary
- Your usage data never leaves your device. It is stored locally and never transmitted.
- We transmit only a license key and a random device identifier to our payment/licensing provider to activate and validate your license.
- Usage milestones (first launch, onboarding finished, first target registered, first record, first saved record, 60 seconds saved, trial ended, licence activated, used again a day / 7 days / 30 days later) are each sent once per install with the app version, OS, install channel and OS language. From app 0.1.13 they also carry a random install ID made on this PC (unrelated to your hardware or licence) and, for direct downloads, the name of the download link (e.g. naver-ad). No app names, window titles or usage records; turn them off with “Send usage stats” in Settings. No install ID is used when the app language is German or when sent from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
- Purchase path: the app's buy buttons pass the same install ID and link name to the checkout (Lemon Squeezy). After payment, Lemon Squeezy tells our server (tackt.org) those values with the order amount and product, which we count in Google Analytics. No email, name, address or card data is sent.
- Crash reporting is OFF by default and only sends anonymous diagnostics if you turn it on.
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; we never see or store card details.

The app builds no behavioral profiles and collects no analytics or telemetry beyond the usage milestones and purchase path above.
3. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We receive limited order info (email, order/license details) to deliver the license and support; we do not receive full payment-card data.
4. Third parties / processors
Lemon Squeezy (payment/licensing), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (website visit analytics — Google Analytics/Tag Manager), Resend (sending the download-link email).
The website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics; this sets cookies and may send limited data such as your IP to Google (including transfer to the US). For EU and German-language visitors, analytics runs only after prior opt-in via a consent banner (blocked beforehand by Google Consent Mode). Your language choice is kept only in browser local storage and never sent to a server. The desktop app sends only the usage milestones above, via tackt.org to Google Analytics (the purchase path is reported to tackt.org by Lemon Squeezy); your IP address is not passed on to Google.
Download-link email: an address you type on the mobile site is used solely to send you one email containing our download links. Delivery is handled by our processor Resend; we do not store the address and never use it for marketing. Entering it is entirely optional, and the message body is fixed to our own download links.
5. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of a contract (licensing), consent (crash reporting/website analytics), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention — one free-period key per PC — and improving the service through usage statistics keyed to a random install ID and purchase-path counts). You can switch usage statistics off at any time in Settings.
6. Retention
Local data: until you delete it. Order/license records: 5 years. Crash diagnostics: 90 days. Usage statistics and purchase path (Google Analytics): 14 months. Email address used to send a download link: not stored (discarded right after sending).
7. Your rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object; withdraw consent. EEA users may complain to a supervisory authority. Contact hello@tackt.org.
