Tackt는 완전 로컬(local-first) 집중 타이머입니다. 핵심 원칙은 귀하의 활동 데이터가 기기 밖으로 나가지 않는 것입니다.
1. 요약
- 사용 기록은 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 로컬에만 저장되며 전송되지 않습니다.
- 라이선스 활성화·검증을 위해 라이선스 키와 임의의 기기 식별값만 결제·라이선스 대행사에 전송합니다.
- 오류 리포트는 기본 꺼짐이며, 직접 켠 경우에만 익명 기술 진단이 전송됩니다.
- 결제는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매대행사로서 처리하며, 당사는 카드 정보를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.

당사는 앱에서 분석·행동 프로파일·텔레메트리를 기본 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 결제
결제는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매대행사로서 처리합니다. 당사는 라이선스 발급·지원을 위해 제한된 주문 정보(이메일, 주문/라이선스 내역)를 전달받으며 카드 전체 정보는 받지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 / 수탁자
Lemon Squeezy(결제·라이선스), Cloudflare(웹사이트 호스팅), Google(웹사이트 방문 분석 — Google Analytics/Tag Manager).
웹사이트는 방문 통계를 위해 Google Analytics를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 쿠키가 설정되고 IP 등 일부 정보가 Google로 전송·처리될 수 있습니다(미국 이전 포함). EU·독일어 이용자에게는 동의 배너로 사전 동의를 받은 경우에만 분석이 작동하며, 그 전까지는 Google Consent Mode로 차단됩니다. 언어 설정만 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 보관하며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 데스크톱 앱에는 어떠한 분석 도구도 없습니다.
5. 처리의 법적 근거(GDPR)
계약의 이행(라이선스), 동의(오류 리포트·분석), 정당한 이익(보안·부정사용 방지).
6. 보유 기간
로컬 데이터: 귀하가 삭제할 때까지. 주문/라이선스: 5년. 오류 진단: 90일.
7. 이용자의 권리
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·이동·거부 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. EEA 이용자는 감독기구에 민원 가능. 요청: hello@tackt.org.

Privacy Policy
Tackt is a local-first focus timer. Our guiding principle is that your activity data stays on your device.
1. Summary
- Your usage data never leaves your device. It is stored locally and never transmitted.
- We transmit only a license key and a random device identifier to our payment/licensing provider to activate and validate your license.
- Crash reporting is OFF by default and only sends anonymous diagnostics if you turn it on.
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; we never see or store card details.

We do not collect analytics, behavioral profiles, or telemetry by default.
3. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We receive limited order info (email, order/license details) to deliver the license and support; we do not receive full payment-card data.
4. Third parties / processors
Lemon Squeezy (payment/licensing), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (website visit analytics — Google Analytics/Tag Manager).
The website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics; this sets cookies and may send limited data such as your IP to Google (including transfer to the US). For EU and German-language visitors, analytics runs only after prior opt-in via a consent banner (blocked beforehand by Google Consent Mode). Your language choice is kept only in browser local storage and never sent to a server. The desktop app contains no analytics of any kind.
5. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of a contract (licensing), consent (crash reporting/analytics), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention).
6. Retention
Local data: until you delete it. Order/license records: 5 years. Crash diagnostics: 90 days.
7. Your rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object; withdraw consent. EEA users may complain to a supervisory authority. Contact hello@tackt.org.
8. Changes & contact
